Faith M. Martin is the Executive Director of the RPWA. She is responsible for overseeing the ministries of the Reformed Presbyterian Woman's Association including the supervision of the management personnel of each ministry and provision of management reports to the Board of Directors.

Lorrie J. Meneely is the Assistant Executive Director of the RPWA. She assists the Executive Director in the oversight of the ministries as well as providing office support for the Board of Directors.

William J. Weir is the Corporate Administrator and the Chief Financial Officer of the RPWA. He is responsible for management of the corporate administrative functions of the RPWA including finance and control, budgeting, accounting, information services, human resources, and investment management for all the ministries of the RPWA.
