Robin's Nest is a fully licensed child day care center providing a safe, nurturing environment to the children of North Side Pittsburgh. Robin's Nest opened in 1996 and is located at 2404 Perrysville Avenue. Ms. Patricia Meier is the Director.

In 2000, Robin's Nest was awarded a two-year grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare to operate a center to train and support child care providers in the neighborhood. The Center has a library of children's books, videos, and toys for use by day care providers. The center offers free classes designed to train caregivers and publishes a monthly newsletter to the Perry South neighborhood. Mrs. Kathe Russell is the full-time Coordinator. We continue to seek grants to provide the education and the services to child care providers in the community.

The Disability ministry promotes awareness of disability issues, provides educational materials to Sunday School teachers, and encourages congregations to modify their buildings to accommodate disabled persons. Mrs. Mary Balok is the President.
